TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions for all programs, bookings, payments, reschedules and cancellations at Top Shot Tennis are listed below.

Please note that we do not provide refunds, we only provide the facility to reschedule your booking when you give a minimum of  24 HRS notice of your intention to reschedule.

 

 Private Lessons

Private lessons can be booked by phone or by email.

Lesson Payments

1.     We ask that lesson fees be paid anytime prior to the start of the lesson.

Block Bookings & Special Offers:

1. To secure block bookings or take advantage of any special offer discounts Top Shot Tennis may offer, full payment must be made prior to or when the first lesson is taken for the offer to apply.

2. If payment for a “special offer block” of lessons is not made prior to or at the time of the first lesson, you will be charged the full fee for that lesson. (ie it won’t be included in the “block”)

3. Any credit resulting from purchasing this product can only be used for private tennis lessons.

 Lesson Cancellations

The following terms apply to ALL Lessons

1. Please be advised you must speak to our Director of Tennis, Eti 0418 161102 in relation to any cancellations.

2. If 24 hours notice is given of a cancellation then we can arrange to reschedule that lesson for you.

3. If less than 24 hours notice is given of a cancellation then you will forfeit the full lesson fee.

 No Show

1. If you do not show up for a prepaid lesson you will forfeit the full lesson fee.

2. If you do not show up for an unpaid lesson you will be billed for this lesson in full.

 Weather Related Issues

1. All lessons are considered on (and 100% of the lesson fee applies)  provided it is not raining at Top Shot Tennis at the time of the lesson.

2.If you are in doubt about the weather conditions at Top Shot Tennis please  phone our Director of Tennis, Eti, (0418 161102) and a decision will be made no later than 30 minutes prior to your lesson time.

3. Please note, thanks to the latest technology in court surfacing, our courts have excellent drainage and dry very rapidly. Therefore, even after rain, the courts can be playable quite quickly.

4. If it is raining and therefore the lesson is canceled by Top Shot Tennis, the lesson will be rescheduled for another time.

5. There are no other weather conditions (eg heat, cold, wind) that are considered valid for cancellation. 

Shared Private Lessons

1. Any sharing of the cost is the responsibility of the customer / parents (not Top Shot Tennis)

2. Any financial adjustments / arrangements between various customers / parents organising that shared lesson is the responsibility of those customers / parents and not Top Shot Tennis.

3. If any  customers / parents of a shared lesson wish to make a cancellation it is up to those customers / parents to inform each other and decide upon whether the entire lesson be cancelled (standard cancellation terms apply), or just one customer / child attend that lesson. The full fee applies irrespective of who or how many people attend the lesson

 Confirming a Booking for the next  school term

1. To ensure your booking / child’s position for the next term is secured,  we ask that full payment be made by the last day of the current term.

2.  Non payment for the next term may result in your booking  / child’s position being made available for others / other children and so is not guaranteed.

Wet Weather

Failure to Attend

1. There are no “make up” classes in the event of a no show.

2. Failure to attend a lesson means you forfeit that lesson & the full fee.

Permanent Cancellation

1. If  Top Shot Tennis is advised of a permanent cancellation for any reason, a credit to the value of lessons paid for past the date of cancellation will be provided.

Competitions

1.  Competitions must be paid for prior to or on the day of the event otherwise you cannot enter the competition.

 

 

Tennis Camps:

 Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone and we request that full payment be made at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot.

Cancellations

1. If Top Shot Tennis is informed of a cancellation a minimum of 24 hrs before your booked time commences a credit will be given for another tennis camp spot.

2. If Top Shot Tennis is not given at least 24 hrs notice of a wish to cancel you will forfeit the full fee.

3. To change a camp day you must first cancel the day you currently have booked and therefore points 1 & 2 of this cancellation policy applies.

Change of Day(s) Booked

Please be aware that if you want to change the day(s) your child is booked in a camp then you need to cancel a day and rebook a new day, and therefore the above cancellation fee system applies.

Wet Weather

All our camps are held every day, and fully staffed, irrespective of the weather. We have a range of other activities that can be enjoyed if it’s raining therefore no credit is given due to weather.

 

 

Casual Court Hire:

1. Casual court hire can be booked online and operates on a pre-book prepay basis. You may also book by phone or email but we would prefer all court hire to move to our easy to use online system where court availability is live.

2. The cost per hour is as per Court Hire Rates which vary depending on the day and time of your booking and one off specials Top Shot Tennis may offer at any given time.

3. Prepaid court hire bookings cannot be cancelled. Instead we offer a reschedule service as long as a minimum of 24 HRS notice is given.

–       If less than 24HRS notice of need to reschedule is given you will forfeit the full fee and need to book and pay for a new time slot.

If a booking is “washed out” we will reschedule your booking.

Only  Top Shot Tennis can declare a “wash out” as it must be raining at the tennis centre for the courts to be washed out.  You must phone the tennis centre for confirmation if you think the courts may be washed out.

5. There are no refunds, only reschedules

 

 

Multiple Court Hire bookings

Top Shot Tennis do not currently offer  “permanent” court hire bookings. We do however allow prepaying customers to book a block of 4 consecutive weeks (max) of court hire on the same time & same day.

These bookings can be made online, by phone or email.

1. The cost per hour is as per our Court Hire Rates which vary depending on the day and time of your booking and one off specials we may advertise from time to time.

2. Prepaid court hire bookings cannot be cancelled. Instead we offer a reschedule service as long as a minimum of 24 HRS notice is given.

–       If less than 24HRS notice of need to reschedule is given you will forfeit the full fee and need to book and apy for a new time slot.
